By accessing or using Photo From Emoji, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Description of the service

Photo From Emoji provides a browser-based tool that converts uploaded images into emoji image outputs. The current public tool is free to use and does not require signup for the core generation workflow.

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos and files you choose to use with the tool. Do not use images that you do not have the right to use, images that violate the rights of others, or images that are illegal or harmful.

The current generator processes your uploaded image locally in the browser, but you remain responsible for the content and for how you use downloaded results.

Output rights and responsibility

You may use the emoji PNG you generate, subject to your rights in the original image and applicable law. If the original photo includes third-party rights, trademarks, people, artwork, or copyrighted material, you are responsible for getting any needed permissions.

Intellectual property

The Photo From Emoji website, interface, brand elements, copy, code, and original site materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself.

Public-domain or open-access examples shown on the site remain governed by their own source and license information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempt to attack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the site.
• Use the service to create or distribute harmful, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent generated examples as endorsements or official claims.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect browser compatibility, exact color matching, or a specific output quality for every image.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

The site may link to third-party pages, including artwork source pages or documentation. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.
